Le Topps Finest X-Men ’97 Cards sono il secondo prodotto di Topps dopo l’acquisizione dei diritti mondiali per la produzione di carte collezionabili Disney. Ispirandosi ai design delle carte Topps Finest degli anni 90, con le 2025 Topps Finest Marvel Studios X-Men ’97 Trading Cards Topps punta a proseguire il successo delle collezioni precedenti e a entusiasmare i fan degli eroi Marvel.
Base Cards
Nella nuova collezione Topps Finest X-Men, i collezionisti troveranno un base set composto da 100 carte. Topps lo ha suddiviso in 4 sub-set con rarità crescente: Common (sfondo bronzo), Uncommon (sfondo argento), Rare (sfondo oro) e Uncanny Short Print. Topps ha inoltre suddiviso gli eroi e i villain presenti nelle categorie tematiche Ultimates, Rise, Master & Destroyer.
Parallels
Per le carte base, Topps ha prodotto 7 diverse varianti parallele. Tra queste figurano le parallele Refractor non numerate e altre 6 varianti numerate a /199 o meno.
Insert Cards
Oltre alle carte base, nella collezione sono presenti 9 diversi insert set da scoprire. Tra questi figurano le particolarmente rare Finest ’97 Short Prints (1:422 bustine) e Omega Inserts (1:482 bustine), oltre alle X-Men ’97 Sketch Cards realizzate da 24 artisti diversi, delle quali esiste un solo esemplare per ciascun soggetto.
