At the beginning of the year, more precisely on February 27, 2025, FC Bayern München celebrated its 125th anniversary. This marks a proud period full of unforgettable football history, enriched by the teams of the record champions with numerous titles on both the national and international stage.
Topps is honoring this anniversary with a particularly high-quality collection that is primarily aimed at collectors and fans of Munich with a bigger budget. In a premium-designed box, buyers of the 2024-25 TOPPS FC Bayern München 125 Years Anniversary Soccer Cards collection will find a total of 15 cards featuring the current stars of the men’s and women’s teams, as well as several legends from the club’s most successful eras.
In addition to 10 Base Cards, collectors can pull 5 very special hits from the boxes: 4 Autograph Cards (mostly even on-card) and another Relic or Autograph Relic Card that includes jersey pieces or parts of stadium seats.
Base Cards
The Base Set of the FC Bayern 125 Years collection comprises a total of 100 cards and is divided into 5 subsets. First Team features the current men’s squad of the German record champions. In addition, the four categories Legends, Rekordmeister, München Liebe and Stern des Südens combine some of the great names of the traditional club from the Isar with the current stars.
Parallels
Topps has designed a total of 6 parallel versions for most of the cards in the collection. These are numbered to /49, /33, /10, /6, /5 and 1/1.
Autograph Cards
Topps has divided the Autograph Cards of this collection into 5 thematic categories. In addition to Autograph Cards for the current men’s and women’s teams of FC Bayern, there are two categories packed with iconic players who made club history: Legends Autographs and Unsterbliche Meister Autograph Cards. Collectors can also look forward to Decade Dual Autograph Cards, which feature signatures of two FC Bayern stars on one card. All Autograph Cards are numbered to a maximum of /99, emphasizing the exclusive nature of this collection.
Relic & Autograph Relic Cards
Topps has come up with something special for the Cut Signature Relics, in which a classic autograph card of a legend has been incorporated into a trading card.
Those who prefer something more tangible will enjoy the Münchner Heimat Duo Relics, which contain two pieces of stadium seats. One of the two comes from Munich’s Olympiastadion, the former home ground of FC Bayern, and the other comes from the Allianz Arena.
The “Pack ma’s” Relics are classic Jersey Relic Cards, but with an especially large jersey piece embedded into the cards.
Finally, as another highlight, the Mia san Mia Autograph Relics await collectors, combining autograph and relic in a single trading card.
Availability
Each 2024-25 Topps FC Bayern 125 Years box contains 15 cards: 4 Autograph Cards, 1 Autograph Relic or Relic Card and 10 numbered Base Cards.
Exceptionally lucky collectors may find a Lucky Box, in which Topps has replaced all Base Cards with premium hits: 10 Autograph Cards, 4 Autograph Relic Cards and 1 Relic Card.
The release date announced by Topps for 2024-25 TOPPS FC Bayern München 125 Years Anniversary Soccer Cards is Thursday, the 7th of August 2025.
