The third Team Set from Topps for the 24/25 season is dedicated to Liverpool FC of the English Premier League. Description
The Topps Team Sets enter a new season, and after the sets for FC Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund, the journey continues on the British Isles with a set dedicated to Liverpool FC. Also announced is a Team Set for the Argentine national team, with further European top teams to follow over the course of the season.
Following the Fan Sets designed for newcomers to the hobby, the Team Sets represent the next higher tier, offering not only a higher chance of pulling Autograph Cards, but also including Relic Cards and Autograph Relic Cards. Buyers of a 2024-25 TOPPS Liverpool FC Official Team Set Soccer Cards Box can therefore look forward to a guaranteed Autograph, Relic or Autograph Relic Card from stars of the current squad or from some of the greatest legends from Anfield Road.
Base Cards
The Base Set of the Topps Liverpool Team Set 2024/25 collection consists of 50 cards, half featuring players from the current squad and the other half divided among three Subsets. Anfield Beat in a retro style inspired by Liverpool’s Merseybeat music scene, Anfield All-Stars showcasing current and former club legends in a photo mosaic, and Bona Fide Baller celebrating the club’s rising and former stars.
Parallels
For the Base Cards of the 2024-25 TOPPS Liverpool FC Official Team Set, Topps produced 7 different Parallel variants, six of which are numbered to /250 or lower. In addition, there are the unnumbered Static Parallels, with one always included per box.
Insert Cards
In addition to the Subsets of the Base Cards, the collection also includes 3 Insert categories. These include the Rainbow Flick and Pathway Inserts already known from the Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund Team Sets, as well as the exclusive and unique Liverpool Coat of Arms Inserts, inspired by the Liverpool crest from 1797.
Autograph, Relic & Autograph Relic Cards
Per Liverpool Team Set Box, collectors will find an Autograph Card, a Relic Card or an Autograph Relic Card from one of the stars of the current squad or from one of the club’s legends, such as Sir Kenny Dalglish, Ian Rush, Kevin Keegan, Robbie Fowler or Xabi Alonso.
The highlight of the set are the My Club Autograph Relic Cards, featuring embedded jersey pieces and an autograph, available as One-of-One Cards with only one card per player across the entire collection.
Availability
Each Liverpool FC Official Team Set 24/25 Box contains 30 cards, divided into 6 packs with 5 cards each. Collectors looking to complete the Base Set will therefore need at least 2 Liverpool FC Team Set Boxes.
The release date announced by Topps for 2024-25 TOPPS Liverpool FC Official Team Set Soccer Cards is Friday, the 20th of December 2024.
