2025-26 TOPPS International Stars Bundesliga Soccer Cards
With the 2025-26 TOPPS International Stars Bundesliga Soccer Cards, Topps highlights the international identity of the Bundesliga for the sixth time already. Collectors can look forward to more cards per box this year, including two numbered Parallels and one Autograph Card.
Description
The Bundesliga more international than ever: in the 2025/26 season, more than 300 foreign players are part of the 18 Bundesliga teams, accounting for around 60% of all registered players. Topps celebrates this diversity for the sixth time with its own set. The 2025-26 TOPPS International Stars Bundesliga Soccer Cards focus on the most influential international names from the squads of all 18 Bundesliga clubs, meaning Bundesliga fans can expect at least three cards of their stars per league team.
The box configuration matches that of last year with one autograph card and two parallel cards, however Topps includes a total of six additional cards in each box. Particularly lucky collectors once again have the chance to pull an additional bonus autograph card from their box, on which Topps has immortalized legends of the German national team in their club jerseys this year.
Base Cards
As in last year’s edition, Topps once again distributes the stars of the set across three different designs, in which the national flags of the players’ home countries play a central role. Each player is assigned to one of the three base card variants; there are not multiple designs for a single player.
The collection is expanded by the two new subsets Rookies, which is entirely dedicated to the league’s international young stars, and The Journey, which tells the story of important club legends through three moments from their careers. In addition, the Duals subset known from last year returns, presenting two international stars from the same club on a single card, resulting in a total base set of 79 cards awaiting collectors.
Parallels
Topps has produced seven parallels for the cards, one more than in the previous year. New are the Green Parallels numbered to /75, which integrate into the numbering known from last year. In addition, Topps replaces the /49 numbering with /50 and reshuffles the color lineup, resulting in the following seven variants for this season: Blue /99, Green /75, Purple /50, Orange /25, Black /10, Red /5, Gold 1/1.
Autograph Cards
A total of 57 different players from the 79-card base set can also be found with autographs in the collection. The 40 autograph cards of the Current Stars are complemented by two cards from the Rookie subset and all five players from The Journey subset.
This allows Bundesliga fans to hunt for autographs from legends such as Frank Ribéry, who won the German championship nine times with FC Bayern Munich, Claudio Pizarro, the two Dortmund players Dedê and Łukasz Piszczek, or the Japanese star Makoto Hasebe.
A special highlight of the set are the five Dual Autograph Cards featuring the signatures of two international stars from the same Bundesliga team who also come from the same home country.
With the exception of FC St. Pauli, from whose players Topps was apparently unable to secure any autographs, all other Bundesliga teams are represented by at least one player among the autograph cards.
As already seen last year, particularly lucky collectors can pull an additional bonus autograph card from their box. These feature legends of the German national team such as Toni Kroos, Miroslav Klose or Jürgen Kohler in their club jerseys this year and are included on average in every 12th box.
Availability
Each box of the 2025-26 TOPPS International Stars Bundesliga Soccer Cards contains 36 cards, which is six more cards than in the previous year. Per box, collectors should always find two numbered parallel cards and one autograph card.
The release date announced by Topps for 2025-26 TOPPS International Stars Bundesliga Soccer Cards is Friday, the 23rd of January 2026.
The Bundesliga International Stars 2025/26 boxes are offered by Topps via its own online shops in Germany and the United Kingdom. After production and delivery, which takes approximately 6–8 weeks, they will then also be available from retailers specializing in sportscards.
