2024-25 TOPPS Summer Signings Here We Go by Fabrizio Romano UEFA Club Competitions Soccer Cards
For the first on-demand set of the new season, featuring the most important European transfers of the summer, Topps has teamed up with journalist and transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. The 2024-25 TOPPS Summer Signings Here We Go by Fabrizio Romano UEFA Club Competitions Soccer Cards showcase the most significant moves at European club level and reward collectors with an autograph card in, on average, every second box.
Description
As in previous years, Topps kicks off the new season’s on-demand sets with Summer Signings. For the cards of the European club competitions, which are now appearing for the sixth time, Topps has been able to bring on board transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano this year, whose characteristic slogan “Here We Go” has even been incorporated into the title of the set.
The 2024-25 TOPPS Summer Signings Here We Go by Fabrizio Romano UEFA Club Competitions Soccer Cards present collectors with the most important new signings of the 2024 summer transfer window from the four European club competitions (UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League & UEFA Women’s Champions League).
Base Cards
The base set of the collection consists of a total of 78 cards and is therefore reduced by 7 cards compared to last year’s release. Included in the UEFA Club Competitions Summer Signings 2024 by Fabrizio Romano set are long-confirmed transfers such as the blockbuster move of Kylian Mbappé from Paris Saint-Germain to Real Madrid C.F., but also transfers completed shortly before the end of the window, such as Federico Chiesa’s move from Juventus to Liverpool or Manuel Ugarte’s transfer from Paris Saint-Germain to Manchester United.
The collaboration between Topps and Fabrizio Romano brings collectors exclusive quotes on the backs of the cards relating to each transfer.
Parallels
For these cards, Topps has produced seven parallel variants, numbered to /99, /75, /49, /25, /10, /5 and 1/1. As is usually the case with Topps on-demand sets, not every card necessarily exists in every parallel version. However, Topps does not provide any more detailed information here.
Autograph & Relic Cards
Collectors of autograph cards will be happy to hear that, on average, every second box contains one. Autographs from a total of 31 different players can be pulled from the packs. However, unlike last year’s set, Topps has decided not to include Dual Autograph Cards this time.
A previously unseen highlight in this form are the First Shirt Relic Cards that Topps has incorporated into the UCC Summer Signings 2024/25 set. Topps has produced trading cards using parts of the first shirts worn by the players for their new clubs. This is a special feature that sets them apart from relic cards appearing in later collections.
Another innovation this year are Fabrizio Romano business cards containing various discounts that can be redeemed on future purchases in the Topps online shop, as well as the new Only1 Card.
With this, Topps introduces a brand-new format that will also feature in other products throughout the season. It is an autograph card of a current top player or a legend, signed directly on the card and existing only once as a true one-of-one card. Topps has announced that each player will only ever receive one Only1 Card, making these particularly unique collector’s items.
Availability
After Topps reduced the content of the UEFA Summer Signings boxes last year, it has now been significantly increased again, so that collectors this year will find 36 cards in every box, spread across 6 packs with 6 cards each. Each box always includes 2 numbered parallel cards and, with a bit of luck, also an autograph card in, on average, every second box.
The release date announced by Topps for 2024-25 TOPPS Summer Signings Here We Go by Fabrizio Romano UEFA Club Competitions Soccer Cards is Friday, the 27th of September 2024.
The UCC Summer Signings 2024/25 boxes will initially be offered via Topps’ own online shops in Europe. After production and distribution, they will also be available from specialist sports cards retailers, although collectors should expect slightly higher box prices there.

Only1 is a collection-independent series, with cards distributed by Topps across various UEFA Club Competitions products. For each player, only a single Only1 card is produced over the course of their entire career, making these cards truly unique and exclusive collectibles. No two cards will ever look the same or feature the same player again – there is Only1! Topps does not usually announce in advance which players will be included in which collection. This only becomes apparent once the respective cards appear publicly.
