Topps introduces the Reverence UEFA Club Competitions collection for the 2024/25 season, a new premium series with a strong focus on elaborately designed autograph and relic cards. The 2024-25 TOPPS Reverence UEFA Club Competitions Soccer Cards collection particularly appeals to collectors who are searching for extraordinary pieces from famous football stars, featuring highlights such as embedded gemstones or special jersey elements.
Base Cards
The Base Set of the 2024-25 TOPPS Reverence UCC collection includes a total of 50 cards. Within this collection, it plays a rather secondary role compared to the numerous autograph and relic cards. Featured are established stars of the current season, up-and-coming talents, as well as legends of the UEFA competitions.
Parallels
Topps has produced 7 different parallel versions of the Base Cards: Green (#/99), Blue (#/75), Purple (#/50), Orange (#/25), Black (#/10), Red (#/5) as well as the highly sought-after Gold 1/1 versions that exist only once per card.
Autograph, Relic & Autograph Relic Cards
At the heart of the 2024/25 Reverence UCC collection are the autograph and relic cards, which vary depending on the box configuration. Highlights include:
- Crowned Legend Jewel Autographs: Cards featuring genuine embedded gemstones, signed by legends like Zinedine Zidane, Thierry Henry, Zlatan Ibrahimović, as well as current stars such as Erling Haaland and Vinícius Jr.
- Reverence Jewel Autograph Relics: Limited cards with autographs and four gemstones, available exclusively in the Triple Jewel Box (limited runs from /5 down to 1/1).
- Laundry Tag Relics: Unique 1/1 cards showcasing laundry tags from player jerseys of stars like Erling Haaland, Christian Pulisic, or Heung-min Son.
- Dual Patch Cards: Featuring players like Luís Figo, Kevin De Bruyne, and Didier Drogba with two large jersey swatches.
Box Configurations
Each box of the 2024-25 TOPPS Reverence UEFA Club Competitions Soccer Cards collection contains a total of eight cards, at least half of which are premium autograph, relic, or combined autograph-relic cards.
A major innovation in the Reverence collection is the advance division into different box configurations. Topps has created seven unique formats, each with different content. For example, players from the same club or the same national team are featured together in the Club Royalty and National Reverence Boxes, while collectors will find mostly former top stars of the competitions in the Royal Legend Boxes.
- Coronation Day: 2 Coronation Day Autographs and 1 Crowned Legend Autograph celebrating milestones where players left their mark in UEFA club competitions.
- Club Royalty: 2 Reverence Autographs and 1 Crowned Legend Autograph or Jewel Relic featuring players from a single club.
- National Reverence: 2 Reverence Autographs and 1 Crowned Legend Autograph featuring players of the same nationality.
- Rookie Coronation: 2 Reverence Autographs and 1 Rookie Coronation Autograph celebrating Endrick’s debut season.
- Royal Legends: 2 Reverence Autographs and 1 Crowned Legend Autograph featuring the greatest legends of UEFA club competitions.
- Triple Crown: 2 Crowned Legend Autographs and 1 Crowned Legend Jewel Autograph Relic – or 3 Crowned Legend Autographs – or 3 Crowned Legend Jewel Autograph Relics, each celebrating the greatest legends of all time with genuine diamonds.
- Triple Jewel: 2 Reverence Jewel Autograph Relics and 1 Crowned Legend Jewel Autograph Relic with real diamonds.
Availability
The release date announced by Topps for 2024/25 TOPPS Reverence UEFA Club Competitions Soccer Cards is Wednesday, the 23rd of July 2025.
From this date, the 2024/25 Topps Reverence UEFA Club Competitions Boxes will be available via Topps’ online shops. In the USA, the boxes will be allocated by an EQL lottery system among all buyers, while in Europe Topps will use a first come, first served principle. Those who miss out still have the chance to secure a box from sports card retailers, though usually at significantly higher prices than directly from Topps.
