For the second time, Topps releases Crystal Premium Cards for Europe’s premier club competition exclusively on the Chinese market. Per Master Box of the 2023-24 TOPPS Crystal Premium UEFA Champions League Soccer Cards collection, collectors can look forward to 3 Autograph Cards from current stars and the greatest legends of the competition.
Description
While European football has already passed the first half of the 2024/25 season, Topps releases another product from the previous season with the 2023-24 TOPPS Crystal Premium UEFA Champions League Soccer Cards, which are released exclusively in China.
Base Cards
Appearing for the second time in this form and produced from transparent acetate layers, the Crystal Premium Cards once again reach collectors with a Base Set comprising 75 Cards. This is complemented by 25 rare Red Dragon Image Variation Cards featuring the top stars of this collection.
Parallels
For the Base Cards, Topps has produced 7 Parallel variants, with the highest numbered to /99. With the newly added variants numbered to /75 and to /10, there are now two more than in the previous year’s collection.
Insert Cards
Joining them are three Insert Sets. These include the UCL Icons, already known from the first collection and refreshed with a new design, the new Gold Star Die-Cuts, and the Insert Set Clear-Cut Careers, which is entirely dedicated to the Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
Autograph Cards
Collectors of Autograph Cards will find 5 different Autograph categories. In addition to the Crystal Autographs and the Blue Ice Autographs, all 3 Insert categories have also received corresponding Autograph variants.
Relic & Autograph Relic Cards
A special highlight of the collection are the Relic & Autograph Relic Cards featuring mini diamonds. On the newly introduced Crystal Diamond Border Autographs, collectors will find, alongside the signature of a legend of the competition, 8 mini diamonds embedded directly into the Card.
Availability
Each Topps Crystal Premium 2023/24 Box is designed as a Master Box containing three smaller Mini-Boxes. Each of these Mini-Boxes includes one Pack with 6 Cards from the collection. One of these is always an Autograph Card, meaning buyers of a Master Box can look forward to 3 Autograph Cards, while the box can also be easily split into three smaller units.
The release date announced by Topps for 2023-24 TOPPS Crystal Premium UEFA Champions League Soccer Cards is Friday, the 13th of December 2024.
The 2023-24 TOPPS Crystal Premium UEFA Champions League Soccer Cards Boxes are offered exclusively in China. Outside the People’s Republic, the boxes can only be found through retailers specializing in Sports Cards who have imported them from there.
