The 2026 TOPPS Mint Disney Trading Cards are Topps’ second Disney release under the Mint label. Just like last year’s debut collection, the new Disney Mint Trading Cards will make their early debut at New York Comic-Con, where visitors can purchase a special NYCC box variant. All other collectors and fans of Disney characters will get their hands on the cards about a month later, when the regular hobby boxes are released.

The Disney Mint Cards from Topps are entering their second year, once again bringing collectors a mixed collection of paper and Chrome cards. Each hobby box of the 2026 TOPPS Mint Disney Trading Cards collection contains 1 pack with 10 cards and a box hit. This comes as an encased card protected by a magnetic holder and is also the eleventh card in each box.
As in the previous year, the collection makes its debut about a month before the official release date at New York Comic-Con (NYCC), which takes place this year from October 08 to 11, with a box produced specifically for the event. Inside, collectors will find exclusive parallels and, with a little luck, can also pull exclusive insert cards from their packs.
Base Cards
The collection’s BASE SET is divided into the four-tier system characteristic of MINT collections, featuring BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM cards in increasing order of rarity.
The set is also available a second time as BASE CHROME VARIATIONS, featuring considerably higher-quality cards that are also much rarer to find in packs.
Insert Cards
Among the insert categories are the MINTED IN MAGIC inserts, produced as Chrome cards, as well as the new MINTED POSTERS cards featuring artwork from Disney movie posters, including the poster for Toy Story 5, which hit cinemas this summer.
Autograph Cards
The collection’s CHROME AUTOGRAPHS feature signatures from voice actors and live-action stars from Disney productions, such as Miley Cyrus as Hannah Montana or the Jonas Brothers Joe, Nick and Kevin in their roles as Shane, Nate and Jason Gray from the Camp Rock films.
Relic Cards
Fans of Disney comic magazines can look forward to COMIC CUT RELICS containing pieces of historic magazines.
Availability
Each hobby box of the 2026 TOPPS Mint Disney Trading Cards contains 11 cards, consisting of 1 pack with 10 cards and an additional encased card included in each box.
Topps will open preorders for the hobby boxes on October 13. Before then, the special NYCC boxes will already be available at the Topps booth during New York Comic Con.
A specific release date has not yet been announced and will be added here once confirmed.
From that point on, the boxes will be available from the Topps online shop or from retailers specializing in trading cards.
