For the fourth time now, Topps is launching the Deco cards for the European club competitions. In the boxes of the 2024-25 TOPPS Deco UEFA Club Competitions Soccer Cards, collectors will find three numbered parallels for the first time alongside one autograph card.

Description

The European club competitions have started the new 24/25 season with plenty of changes. As the first major on-demand set of the new campaign, the 2024-25 TOPPS Deco UEFA Club Competitions Soccer Cards also bring a number of new features.

Familiar elements can also be found in Topps’ new Deco collection, and the now fourth edition of this series continues to feature a design inspired by the Art Deco style of the early 20th century, remaining visually true to the previous releases for the 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons.

Base Cards

The base set of the Topps UEFA Club Competitions Deco 2024/25 collection comprises 80 base cards this year.

Parallels

Topps has produced 7 parallel variants for these cards. They are numbered to /99, /75, /49, /25, /10, /5 or 1/1. As is usual with Topps on-demand sets, it is possible that not every parallel variant exists for every card.

Insert Cards

They are joined by 7 insert categories that add another 104 cards to the collection. These include the Artistry, Legends, Prodigy and Then & Now themes already known from last year’s collection. New additions are Joueur Emblématique, featuring some of the most elegant players in the sport, One Club as dual cards with one female and one male player from the same club, and Razzmatazz featuring stars in the glamour of the 1930s.

Autograph Cards

A total of 168 different autograph cards await collectors in the Topps Deco 24/25 boxes, significantly more than in previous years. Topps has expanded the dual autograph cards in particular, with 25 different cards included in the collection. Triple autograph cards, on the other hand, have been left out this year.

Autograph Relic Cards

Autograph relic cards are new to the collection. There are 18 different cards that feature a piece of a match-worn jersey alongside a player’s autograph and can be found on average in every 18th box of the 2024-25 TOPPS Deco UEFA Club Competitions Soccer collection.

Availability

In each box of the collection, collectors will find 80 cards spread across 10 packs with 8 cards each. For the first time, these include 3 numbered parallels as well as the 1 autograph card customary for the collection.

The release date announced by Topps for 2024-25 TOPPS Deco UEFA Club Competitions Soccer Cards is Tuesday, the 29th of October 2024.

The UCC Deco 2024/25 boxes will initially be offered exclusively for 24 hours from that date via an EQL release (Europe / UK) through the Topps online shops in Europe. After production and delivery, they will also be available from retailers specializing in sports cards.

Das werden wir, wie bereits oben erwähnt, wohl erst wissen, wenn die ersten Boxen geöffnet werden. Topps verzichtet bei den On-Deman Checklisten leider darauf die Vereine mit zu erwähnen und listet nur die im Set enthaltenen Spieler auf.
