Just under a month after the Chrome main collection, the 2025-26 TOPPS Chrome Sapphire Edition Bundesliga Soccer Cards arrive as the elegant, blue shimmering and significantly more limited variant. Bundesliga fans can look forward to 4 numbered parallels and 1 autograph card per hobby box.
Description
With the Sapphire Edition for Germany’s top division, Topps releases the elegant and significantly more limited variant of the Bundesliga Chrome collection for the current season, whose cards impress with a crystal-like look and a deep blue finish.
Collectors in the 2025-26 TOPPS Chrome Sapphire Edition Bundesliga Soccer Cards collection can not only hunt for the particularly rare, sapphire-exclusive insert cards, but can also look forward to 1 Sapphire autograph card per hobby box.
Base Cards
The BASE SET of the Bundesliga Sapphire collection includes 100 cards featuring stars from the 18 clubs represented in the league and mirrors the base set of the Chrome Bundesliga main collection released in mid-March.
Parallels
The collection includes seven parallel variants, with the highest numbering being /99 (Green). The others are Yellow (/75), Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Black (/10), Red (/5) and the Padparadscha (1/1) parallels, which exist only once per card.
Insert Cards
The insert sets of the 2025-26 TOPPS Chrome Sapphire Edition Bundesliga Soccer Cards collection are limited to the two categories typical for Sapphire collections and only found there, INFINITE SAPPHIRE and SAPPHIRE SELECTIONS.
Autograph Cards
As with the base cards, the content of the BASE AUTOGRAPHS also matches the Chrome main collection from March. Accordingly, this autograph category in the Sapphire Edition is almost twice as large as the base set, with 192 different cards.
They are complemented by the rare SAPPHIRE SELECTIONS AUTOGRAPHS, exclusive to this collection, which present collectors with a colorful mix of top stars, rising stars and league legends across 24 different cards.
The significantly lower print run of the Sapphire Edition is particularly evident in this area, as Topps has not included any unnumbered autograph cards in the collection, meaning the Orange parallels numbered to /25 represent the highest numbering in which an autograph card can be pulled from packs.
Availability
Each hobby box of the Bundesliga Chrome Sapphire 2025/26 Cards contains 32 cards, distributed across 8 packs with 4 cards each. Among them, there should always be 1 autograph card and 4 numbered parallels.
The release date announced by Topps for 2025-26 TOPPS Chrome Sapphire Edition Bundesliga Soccer Cards is Thursday, the 16th of April 2026.
From that point on, the boxes will be available in the Topps online shop or from retailers specializing in sports cards.
